Okay, I've never done that before...but I'll try.
Thanks.
hi, i'm hoping someone can post a scan (or email me) of the december 22, 1951 article entitled "noah's passender list".
i believe it's on pages 14-16. this is for a huge research project i am doing.
the cd-rom doesn't go back that far.. i would really appreciate it.. thanks!.

Blondie, you asked: "Are you hunting based on this quote...?"
The answer is no, although the information from the 1957 Watchtower is very interesting. I wanted this exact article because someone gave me this reference as an "answer" to the question of which species were on the ark. I assumed I could just look the article up on the CD-Rom, but evidently not.

this time i thought for sure they wouldn't publish this one...but i believe our local paper, the stevens point journal is a very liberal, progressive little newspaper.
the elders ignored my last letter...i wonder if they can ignore this one???
oh how i love it!!.

i got this in an email from a jw:.
for a long time now we've been hearing about a film called "knocking" that has been made by some folks who are not jws.
it is now being shown in theaters and many have gone to see it.
If the reviewer's grasp on film is as bad as her grasp on writing coherent emails, I'd say it's best not to put too much faith in her "review".
every year for at least the last half-century, the society has published statistics on the activity of jws around the world.
i am hoping someone here can provide me with that information, or can direct me as to where it can be found.
specifically, i am looking for usa-specific data: usa population (the way watchtower counts it - sans alaska and hawaii), number of publishers in the usa and number baptized in the usa.
Yes, thank you. I also want to point out, in case anyone else is looking, that it turns out you can find peak publishers in the US on the CD-ROM. You just have to do a little digging. Go to the Kingdom Ministry section and look at the article in each one entitled "June Service Report" (or whatever month).

Thanks for the link to the 2005 data.
I guess I wasn't clear enough - I'm looking for data from past years, like 1975 - 2004 or even older if available.

My 'paper' Watchtower library is somewhat limited. And, though I tried finding this information on the Watchtower CD-ROM, they have removed it from both the yearbook and magazine files.
this is my first post here ever.
i was hoping some may be able to tell me the author(s) of any of the watchtower books - especially those from the last couple of decades.
if you can back it up with anything, that'd be great, too.. thanks..
Thanks everyone for welcoming me and for the info that you did have.
Parakeet - Wow, my cultural reference did not go unnoticed! I guess have done the impossible, and that makes me mighty! A big thumbs up to your nickname as well, I have owned parakeets for many years and have loved the companionship and beauty they provide.
